Chipotle Guacamole

A mildly spicy take on an old favorite (*depending on how many chiles you use!).

Serve with tortilla chips; also delicious on nachos, tacos, burgers, and sandwiches.

Or...serve alongside Eddie's Blackened Chicken Fajitas with his Saffron Infused Yellow Rice!

Serves: 6
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
  • 5 large softened Hass avocados, skinned & pitted
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1-2 Chipotle peppers, diced (canned in Adobo Sauce; according to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Adobo sauce (from Chipotle pepper can)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt & cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  1. In a large bowl or food processor, combine all ingredients to desired consistency.
